Every Sunday, 75-100 people of all ages and backgrounds gather for worship led by The Rev. John Hamilton in a casual and friendly setting on the outskirts of Dahlonega.
Visiting St. Elizabeth’s
If you are looking for a church home — or simply spending the weekend in the North Georgia mountains — we hope you’ll worship with us on Sunday morning. You’ll find Visitor parking spaces close to the door and ushers waiting inside to greet you and answer any questions.
The service begins at 10:00 and typically concludes around 11:15. We serve Holy Eucharist, also known as Communion, every Sunday and all are invited to receive either the sacraments or a blessing.
After the service, we invite you to sign our guest book and accept a loaf of homemade bread as a gift of hospitality. And please join us for coffee and homemade refreshments downstairs in the Parish Hall.
Most Sundays we also offer an Adult Sunday School class beginning at 9:00 a.m. downstairs in the Parish Hall. Check the Weekly E-News for the schedule and topics.
To learn more about our parish, its members, programs and opportunities for spiritual growth and development, please read the Tidings newsletter and our Weekly E-News Blast (which we encourage you to sign up to receive). You can also follow us on Facebook, where we live stream the services most Sundays.
