We often need someone to help us reflect on our spiritual lives, to discover God’s presence and activity in the very midst of our daily lives. We want to develop a greater awareness of God’s steadfast love and acceptance.

Spiritual Direction offers us the space and time to explore these questions and other spiritual concerns. A Spiritual Director is your companion on this journey. Listening together for God’s movements and invitations in one’s life is an enriching journey and  opens the door ever wider to our loving and always present God.

St. Elizabeth’s Episcopal church is glad to offer this opportunity for Spiritual Direction appointments on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:00am, 11:00am and 12noon.

susan lupoThe Rev. Susan Lupo is a trained Spiritual Director, receiving her credentials from the Haden Institute. She obtained training in Centering Prayer at Green Bough House of Prayer where she is also a vowed Associate member and is a member of Spiritual Directors International. She attended seminary at Candler School of Theology, Emory University.
